Shipping policy

Courier delivery

TaruNid delivers to serviceable PIN codes in India, excluding Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Jammu and Kashmir. We do not deliver to PIN codes in these areas.

For standard courier orders, shipping is ₹75 per order when the product total after discounts is ₹699 or less. Shipping is free above ₹699 after discounts. The shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

We usually hand your order to the delivery partner within 36 hours. Estimated total delivery time from the order date is 2–5 days for Bhopal and 5–9 days for other serviceable locations. These estimates may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather or courier delays. Live-plant dispatch may occasionally be adjusted to protect plant health.

Bhopal-only large plants

Products marked “Bhopal Only” are delivered from our nursery to selected urban Bhopal PIN codes by auto or another suitable vehicle. The standard ₹75 courier charge and free-shipping threshold do not apply to these products. We confirm availability and agree the delivery charge with you in advance, based on plant size, quantity and delivery distance. Please request a delivery quote before placing or paying for a Bhopal-only large-plant order.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional ₹50 COD fee applies per order where available, including orders eligible for free courier shipping. Choose the Cash on Delivery shipping option at checkout. We recommend paying online to save ₹50. All plants and any cart containing plants require online payment.

Your delivery details

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product. Read our returns and refund policy for details.
