Terms of service

By using this website or placing an order with TaruNid, you agree to these terms and to the policies displayed on this store.

Product availability may change without notice. Live plants are natural products, so the plant you receive may vary slightly in height, fullness, leaf shape, colour or growth pattern from photographs while remaining the same listed variety.

Prices, offers and availability shown on the website may change from time to time. We may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Live-plant dispatch or delivery may be affected by weather, plant health, courier operations and serviceability.

Plant-care information provided on the website is general guidance. Plant performance depends on local light, temperature, watering, soil and other growing conditions.
